Steve has years of experience in accounting, real estate, construction, golf management, and the search industry.

He began his career in public accounting and served in the position of VP of Finance for U.S. Homes in Tampa, Florida.  His responsibilities included all treasury activities, home cost and budget review, land acquisition and analysis with additional planning, marketing and sales overview.

During the next 18 years he developed and owned five successful placement agencies in North Carolina and Florida that specialized in finance, accounting, and information technology.  These agencies were part of an international search firm that went public in 1988.

Upon selling his search business, Steve became VP of the commercial department of a large, Miami based real estate brokerage company and managed their property management division.

In 1996 he joined with 2 partners and operated a golf course management company, which had a portfolio of Florida semi-private golf courses.  He was involved in the daily operations at all levels but particularly  in the hiring and accounting.

During all of these years of working and building businesses, Steve has never lost his passion for the game of golf.   He combines his love of golf and his perfect career choices in his golf executive search business, Golf Search Incorporated.

Prior to joining SEL Executive Search, Heather’s experience includes 20 years of progressive positions in finance, mergers and acquisitions, human resources and executive search including holding a Vice President position with a global leader in career transition and organizational consulting.

Heather’s diverse Fortune 500 industry background allows her to understand client business needs and successfully recruit at the executive level across multiple industries.

Heather graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley College, and earned a Masters of Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology.
